You can do this via your Account on the website with more than 24hrs notice. If you need to change it to an alternative service or to an alternative lash artist please message via our SHE Lash Facebook page or via the Contact us on the website.

You can cancel your appointment via your account on the website. Deposits are non-refundable but they are transferable.

This usually happens if two clients have tried to book the same appointment. If you have been charged but appointment has been cancelled by the system. Please ‘contact us’ and send over proof of payment so we can refund.

We’d recommend checking the website frequently as cancellations will show there especially within 24hrs of the day you’d like to book.

If our SHE Master Artists are fully booked please check the SHE Artist/Apprentice diaries. Our SHE Artists and Apprentices are also perfectionists. Appointments may take a little longer but you’ll still leave SHE Lash feeling like the Queen you are with that obvious SHE Lash set! For pictures of their most recent work please message us on FB or via ‘CONTACT US’ form above.

Pictures can be found on our SHE Lash Instagram page. If there is a certain style you like, please show your lash artist on the day of the appointment.

We recommend booking in at least 5 days prior to your wedding.
