Hi hunnies, well todays podcast is me going solooooo. As you can tell from the title, today's podcast is all about HEALTH. As a lash tech, our days are long, busy and v v full on.
It is so unbelievably easy to forget about ourselves and our physical and mental health. Being a lash technician for 5 years now I can finally say (I think) I have gotten into a good routine with my busy schedule and wanted to share with you the teeny tiny tips and habits I do now to help me....
