Shipping policy

Delivery Service:
We use DPD Next Day Delivery for all UK orders.

Dispatch Days:
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered the next working day.

Shipping Cost:
Flat rate: £5.50 (UK only)

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched the same day (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking:
All orders are fully tracked. You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• DPD may deliver to a neighbour or safe place if you’re not home at the time of delivery.

• Bank holidays may affect delivery times.
